专利摘要:
A moistening apparatus for a rotary printing machine comprises a ductor roller (12), a moistening roller (3) and an intermediate and application roller (4) which engages a plate cylinder (5) as well as an inking roller (6). A buffer roller (9) provided with a hydrophilic surface is associated with the intermediate and application roller (4). Thus, when plate gap 8 passes the intermediate and application roller 4, excess moisture is retained on buffer roller 9, thus ensuring that the plate is not over-moistened immediately after the plate gap. <IMAGE>

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to printing and relates to a humidifier for rotary printing machines. Humidifying apparatuses (DE 1 611 208) are known, consisting of ductor, intermediate and rolling rollers, the rolling roller being actively associated with both the printing cylinder and the paint equipment roller. The disadvantage of this apparatus is that, as a result of the reverse actions of the channel of the forme cylinder, there is an extreme excess of the presence of a moistening liquid, after the channel of the forme cylinder, which negatively manifests itself in the printing result. The purpose of the invention is to improve the printing result, as well as to prevent the appearance of waste paper. The objective of the invention is to align the excessive presence of the moistening liquid as a result of the inverse actions of the channel of the forme cylinder. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a humidifier for rotary printing machines, consisting of a ductor roller, an intermediate roller and a knurling roller, associated with both the plate cylinder and the paint apparatus roller, there is an additional roller with a hydrophilic surface in contact with rolling roller. In this case, the perimeter of the additional roller is larger than the length of the channel of the plate cylinder, and this roller is provided with a drive for axial mixing. FIG. Figure 1 shows the design of the moistening device; in fig. 2 - drive additional roller. The moistening apparatus consists of a ductor roller 2 rotating in a box with a moistening liquid 1, an intermediate roller 3 and a knurling roller 4. The rolling roller 4 interacts with the forming cylinder 5 and the roller of the inking device 6 actively connected through the rolling roller 7 to the forming cylinder 5, which is equipped with channel 8 length. An additional roller 9 having a hydrophilic surface, preferably chrome, contacts the rolling roller 4. The bearing arms 10 of the roller 9 rest on the bearing blocks 11 inclined in the direction of the rolling roller, under the action of their own weight the roller 9 is pressed against the rolling roller 4. The perimeter of the additional roller 9 is greater than the length of the channel of the plate cylinder. The roller 9 may be associated with a known folding actuator 12 for its axial movement, consisting of a double lever connected to the bearing arm 10 of the buffer roller 9, on the second arm of which there is a cam roller, as well as associated with a driving cam and a spring system ( Fig. 2 is schematically depicted. The drive cam coupling is connected to the drive of the machine. The rolling roller 4 is associated with a roller circuit consisting of a switching lever 13 and an electromagnet 14. The direction of tilt of the bearing blocks 11 corresponds to the direction of movement of the rolling roller 4 when actuated by a roller circuit. A ink is applied to the printing form tensioned on the plate cylinder 5 in the usual manner through a knurling roller 7 and a knurling roller 4. A moistening fluid is also supplied through the knurling roller 4. If the channel 8 of the plate cylinder 5 passes the zone of the knurling roller 4 by means of the roller 9, then the provided moisturizing apparatus accumulates, but not the required moisturizing fluid. If the printing form is in the area of the knurling roller 4, the accumulated amount of moistening liquid is continuously dispensed to it. The extremely overstated presence of a moistening liquid, as in the humidifying apparatuses of the present state of the art, is thereby excluded. When the printing is broken, the magnet 14 is actuated, the knurling roller 4 is displaced with the roller 9 and the knurling roller 4 is thereby separated from the printing form. By activating the clutch, it becomes possible to connect the drive of the roller 12, 9 to the drive of the machine and to provide an additional side rubbing of the moistening liquid. Such a solution of a hydrophilic accumulating roller has also been applied to all known types of wetting machines with a moistening roll roller or rollers. It is recognized as an invention according to the results of the examination carried out by the Office for the Invention of the German Democratic Republic.
